Dessie’s Tyres was established on the Watercourse Road in Blackpool in 1986 with the philosophy of offering our customers the best value in town. We have evolved with the times but our ideals are the same….. honest advice, quality workmanship, and value for money.

Dessie’s tyres has now grown into 3 locations, Blackpool , Little island and Carrigaline with #4 due to open in November 2018 @ Vicar’s Rd, Togher.

We offer our customers a range of complimentary services such as wheel alignment, Light Focusing, Bulbs , Wiper blades and Batteries all while prioritising motorists safety with our usual attention to tyre safety. Our knowledgeable staff are all fully trained to deal with any query you may have, be it big or small.

Our Team:

Adrian McCarthy heads up the team at our Blackpool depot, a long serving member of our staff, Adrian is ably assisted by Jonathan Casey and their team of tyre service technicians. Business hours are from 9 am -10 pm weekdays, 9 am – 6 pm on Saturday and 10 am – 6pm Sunday. Our Bank holiday opening hours are 10 am – 6pm.

Derek O’Donoghue is in command @ Little Island. An ideal location next door to the NCT Centre, his staff are on hand to quickly and efficiently maintain your vehicle with minimal downtime. Our Little Island depot is open from 9 am – 6 pm Mondays and Tuesdays, 9 am – 7 pm Wednesday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm on Saturdays and 9 am – 5 pm Sundays. On Bank holiday weekends Little island is closed sunday and monday.

Paul Wynman and Marcin Jablonka are charged with operations at our state of the art facility in Carrigaline. Located just off Carrigaline’s main street opposite the church at the Old Pottery Complex. Together they are setting a new standard in tyre services for the resident’s of Carrigaline and surrounding area’s. their Carrigaline depot opens 9 am – 6pm Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm Saturday and 10am – 2 pm Sunday. On Bank holiday weekends Carrigaline is closed sunday and monday.
